Front desk staff were very helpful. The condition of the suite was unacceptable. Grimy sofa, stains on the walls that could’ve been cleaned, gross carpet, stained towels, terrible pillows, empty shampoo and soap dispensers.

Roomy and Functional
The Sonesta ES is a pleasing community of studio style apartments. Furnishings were comfortable including the bed and pillows. It was great having an elevator to access the second story where we were located. As we spent 3 days in the unit we noticed some things that required maintenance and deeper cleaning. We discovered an issue and, when reported, felt heard by the staff who shared their concern and measures to address it. Breakfast was good but seating was limited so we took our breakfast to our room. I am not aware of ecological measures as far as recycling etc. All in all our stay was a good experience.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay.
We were a bit concerned with the reviews of the hotel on another website but we’re pleasantly suprised. The hotel is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC but the rooms were large and airy, great aircon and we got a free upgrade to a loft which would have slept a family of 6 Breakfast was very good but finished at 8.30 am! Area is good for site seeing as well

I stayed 9 days but they never clean my rooms my entire stay, even they didn’t change towels. Breakfast menu reduced almost nothing. I reserved suit but at last moment an hour before they called and said that there is a problem in suites so they gave two separate rooms. There was no room service at all. If you need anything you have to go at front desk and grab yourself. Over all this location at tucson speedway Blvd should consider for more cleanness and better service otherwise don’t recommend other guest for this place.
