My stay overall went smoothly, but I had a frustrating experience with billing. Upon check-in, the front desk noticed I had two reservations. One was supposed to be canceled — and I was told it was — yet I was still charged for both rooms. Despite only staying for one night and completing the check-in process under the correct reservation, I was unfairly billed for both.
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, but I’ve received no response or follow-up. This lack of accountability is extremely disappointing, and I won’t be staying here again.
Additionally, the rooms are quite small and feel cramped. The thermostat wouldn’t cool below 17°C, which appears to be a capped limit — not ideal for comfort.
On a positive note, the hotel is centrally located in Dublin, making it convenient to walk to shops and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight of my experience.
