Not good enough
The window shade didn’t fit; it was too wide and hard to raise by hand but because the chain didn’t work and when I tried to raise it, it was STICKY. Yuk! We set the heat on 70 and woke up suffocating to 74 degrees temperature. The mattress was worn out with big dips in the bed on both sides where people butts are in the bed. The phone had the wrong room number on it and would have caused problems had I not noticed and had to call for emergency help. The blow dryer holder that should have been attached to the wall was laying on a shelf, not attached to the wall. It and the blow dryer were dirty and very old looking. Never again!

Ok for quick stop and place to sleep
Room was clean. Bed was confortable. No issue with cleanliness and comfort. Great shower pressure. The room needs updating. Vinyl fooring was uneven and flooring is cracked. Shower ceiling was coming apart. Blinds were discolored. Worked well for a late night stop to sleep and get up next morning to leave. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast that is offered at regular hotels. The basics - cereal, toast bagels eggs meat.

Not Happy
When checking in, they said that they were changing computer systems. They did not have our reservation through Hotels.com, since they were changing systems. Said to run my credit card, but it wouldn’t be billed. I paid on Hotels.com when I made the reservation. I get my credit card statement and I have a charge from Hotels.com and a charge from LaQuinta. So they charged me twice. I called the hotel and was informed the manager is out of town until January. Receptionist is very hard to understand ! Called in January and was told to call tomorrow and the manager would be in. Called today and he is still out of town. Not happy. Hotels.com said that LaQuinta would reach out to me. LaQuinta receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company! I would be careful if you stay at this hotel with charges! Not Happy!!
