When I checked in, I was informed of a $50 deposit, which is not listed ANYWHERE and Orbitz is actually really good about informing of all fees involved. I had just gotten off a red eye flight that had been delayed several times so already exhausted and just ready to get some sleep just went with it. When I woke up, flipped the pillows over to find nasty stains. Brought the cases down to the desk and requested new pillow cases only to be accused of putting the stains there myself and told I would be charged for new pillow cases! I stayed for 3 nights, requested housekeeping 3 separate times and they never showed. Couldn’t get parking space anywhere, had to park at the restaurant next to the hotel. Quite the walk for someone who has an artificial ankle and walks with a cane. The pool that’s advertised is not open. The sink would take over an hour to drain after use. Was charged an extra fee on my card “in case of incidentals” which is absurd since there’s no room service. Bath tub plug doesn’t plug. Bath tub paint also chipping. Above all of that, however, it was the rude staff that made the experience the worst. A little bit of customer service can go a LONG way. I was here on business and I can assure you myself nor my employer will ever willingly book this hotel again.
