Best hotel of our week-long Oregon trip, by a lot. We originally booked with the intent to bring our dog, and they asked her name, which was sweet. Unfortunately we lost her before the trip. I let them know, and they replied with condolences, which they didn’t have to do. In addition, they left a handwritten card in the room in sympathy. That’s well above and beyond expectations.
In addition, the room was very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped. The device-to-TV streaming mechanism was not working, but that was the only (extremely minor) thing that wasn’t perfect.
The parking was a little sketchy, but it’s Portland. The space I pulled into had someone’s sandals, a bowl, and broken automotive glass. Didn’t like that, but someone cleaned most of it up the next day.
They have four EV charging stations, which is great, and there was a cone with an old note that looked like they’d block one off for you if you asked. Price wasn’t amazing, on top of the parking fee, but mention that at the desk and see if they’ll help you out.
