Hotel needs security and more staff

TV wouldn’t work and they couldnt send anyone to look at it because they said they don’t anyone other than the person at the front desk. We also had a street vagrant hanging outside several of the doors and walking up and down in front of people’s windows on the sidewalk. Appeared to live on the street but looking for handouts or other things

It’s all about location!

Was expecting better.

This was not our first time staying at this property, but it may be the last. For this trip, the hotel seemed to go downhill from last March - QUICKLY... The main front desk person (Mon-Thurs AM) was rude and unhelpful. Room was not cleaned by housekeeping for four days - even though it was asked for (supposedly the room is serviced every 3 days, but we were told to take out our own trash, etc). WIFI was spotty. TV was outdated and had streaks. FLOOR WAS GROSS. Actually asked for a carpet cleaner, but none was available. When discussed with front desk on Fri (different person), they were helpful and offered an adjustment, trying to make it right - but not sure I will stay here again.

I would not stay there again. I was charged for parking 3 times. 2 times on my card and once on my daughters. Plus they wasnt very helpful when our bikes got hit and knocked over due to them over packing the parking lot with cars that wasnt for the guest there. They couldnt even pull up the security cameras when it happened.

Budget Friendly is not always best.

The room was not in the best condition. The sink countertop was broken and appeared to be held up by the sink. The toilet had rust stains, the floor was sticky and the beds were not comfortable. The facilities were run down and not updated but was at least convenient for anyone needing to stay in downtown area for cheap. Their parking lot was crowed and very tight. Also debris from parking lot caused me to have to replace a tire on the way out.

Not a happy guest

The building is old— which would not be bad, but has not been maintained. Everything outside and inside is rusted or peeling. The rug is old and looks filthy. Our room had no air l conditioning. It was midnight when we returned from an event so we just sweated it out. I would not recommend.

This place really needs an update. Even the front office looks rundown. The staff was friendly for the most part. Our room looked really rundown. The caulking around the tub looked terrible and the bathroom fan didn't work. The carpet looked like it could have been replaced 20yrs ago. There was hair in sheets and the room had an off smell. Location was great, but for that price I was expecting more.

It was not that great- the breakfast did not have pancake mix for pancakes.. The door to the hotel room was heavy to push open to get in and out of room 133. room had patches on wall that needed painting. Curtains where old and not fitted to window. Parking was ridiculous and cramped then when I checked in I had to pay $25.00 to park.

The lady at the front desk was so patient and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She even brought our cup we left in the lobby to our room. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. I wish I remembered her name! Perfect location!
