Never again
Tried to turn the heater up, wasn't working so i took a closer look at thermostat. It had batteries but no wires to it at all. Looked all over the place nothing to work unit under window. It was a BS thermostat on the wall. Called front desk, they offered a portable heater at first until i got on his case about issue, then offered me another room, but i only needed some sleep & didn't want to dirty another room so delt with portable heater. When leaving gate code wasn't working to exit parking lot, they told me to exit throw entrance that has no gate.

Primary elevator not functional. Arrived on a chilly day and initial room provided had a disfuntional heating unit. Provided with a 2nd room which was an improvement. Beds were comfortable and breakfast buffet was amongst the best we have experienced.

Convenient.
It is confusing as there are two Holiday Express hotels in College park. We went to the wrong one as I did not realize this and just put in College park. I was surprised they charged $15 for parking as I have only paid for parking in downtown hotels. The parking lot was empty. Also, there is a gate to get out and they did not give us the code when we checked out so we had to go back in when leaving to get it.

Good value and hotel
The hotel appears recently renovated. It is clean, and the stuff were friendly. The continental breakfast is really good! The only negative thing, which of course is completely personal preference, is that the bed mattresses are very plush. So, sleep was not great for me. Other than that this hotel is great.

I arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in early, hassle free so that was awesome. However, the price for parking ONLINE said $10. When i arrived there was a note that says as of 2023 the price is $15. You had over a year to update the online price. And why am i paying for parking again?

Loudest heater ever. Thanks for early breakfast.
Greatly appreciated the grab and go breakfast at 5:15 AM available before the regular breakfast opened. But I had a bad night because the room was cold, there were no extra blankets in the room, and the heater sounded as loud as a truck revving its engines so I had to turn it off. I decided to fold the blanket double and managed to stay under it because I was too tired to call the desk to request another room or blanket.
