We chose this hotel through Expedia since it was listed as a VIP hotel with a free beverage, early/late check in/out and room upgrades when available. The front desk staff ignored my question about the Gold status perks and talked over my questions. When directly asked about the Gold member VIP perks again since the hotel is marked as a VIP property, he said it was an Expedia thing and continued with his check-in speech. The staff made no effort to explain. The hotel should have to be removed from the VIP hotel listing.

Great value. Very clean and nice room. It appears that it was recently remodeled. The check-in staff was awesome.

Poor customer service
Our room itself was fine, the bathroom was not the best in terms of cleanliness and had peeling paint. But interactions with staff was terrible. Poor customer service even with check in. When we had questions they were rude and dismissive. We witnessed poor customer service with others as well through check in and check out. Would never go back solely on the negative interactions we had with staff
