Overnight stay booked for pet-friendly accomodations-part of a 3-day road trip. Front desk staff upon check-in, a late evening inquiry, and upon checkout were all unfriendly and unwelcoming. Upon check-out, I requested a printed receipt (as I always do). I was told by the desk clerk that since I booked through a 3rd party, they do not print receipts, I have to get that from the 3rd party. This has never been the case with any booking I've made through hotels.com (many over 15+ years). Further, we stayed at another IHG property during this same trip (with very friendly staff) and they provided a printed receipt upon request. Will not stay here again. I will also be contacting the hotel directly with feedback about unfriendly customer service. Also not convenient for pets-all rooms are on upper floors with most not conveniently located to elevators. The room was comfortable and clean.
