Very Disappointed and Disgusted
Hotel was in terrible shape even though it was showing to have decent ratings.Bed was hard, pillows were wore out, our car was vandalized, and when we spoke with the front desk, the gentleman was not helpful at all. Even though they have signs on their front doors as you enter saying that the property is protected by security cameras and their was a camera pointing right at our vehicle, He said there is nothing he can do...those cameras are for maintenance, which didn't make any sense. Our shower would not drain.....showered in standing water. Just a bad experience here, and will not ever stay here again. We saw the cleaning lady on the 1st floor as we were waiting for the elevator, instead of replacing the sheets with fresh ones, she just pulled the existing sheets over the bed, and sprayed them with frebreeze and made the bed.

Clean, convenient and with great staff
The hotel itself is beautiful. The Lobby has a bar that is open in the evening and a very cool water fixture in the middle. You can tell that it's used often for an event space and for conventions and so on. We got there before we were able to check in because we were headed to The Fort Worth Stock show. We knew an early check in was unlikely, therefore we weren't expecting it. However, we wanted to make sure that we could leave our car in the lot as we had planned to take a Lyft down. The young man at the front desk was amazing and assured me that my car would be fine and wished us a good time. When we came back that evening, check in was a breeze. The woman working got us checked in quickly. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable and we were far enough from the bar area that we couldn't hear anything. The only little complaint was that the pillows were extremely soft. Not in a fluffy way, but felt like they hadn't been replaced in a minute way. We would stay again, just bring our own pillows next time!

GREAT STAY!
Easy to get to, quiet, and the staff was super friendly...even at 2AM! DJ music in Cassidy's was great to unwind. Having hot tub and indoor pool open til12MN was great since we didnt get in til 10 at night.

Good Time

Probably not again.
The stay was not my best experience. The hotel is run down and outdated and the convenience of the rooms accessibility is not the greatest. The staff were great and helpful. Beds were hard as a rock and not the least bit comfortable. We stayed on the 1st floor and there was blaring music way into the early morning hours and my family had a hard time sleeping. We were also by an elevator and the walls were paper thin so we heard EVERYTHING.

Key card not working
The key card would not work had to get it fixed. Key card would not work again another time had to go change it and get it fixed. We had family staying there as well and they had same issues.

Nice stay
The stay served its purpose, nice getaway. The rooms dated. The lobby area is really nice. The water fountain makes for a great photo area. Front desk & house keeping was extremely helpful with extra pillows at 1am.

it’s was good until….
Check in was especially smooth and everytime i called to verify some questions. that i had the staff were amazing and very helpful, everything was fine until .. i went in my room and checked and there were still remnants of the last (im assuming) couple that stayed there.
