One Night Business Stay

The outside could use a bit of a powerwash - especially in the garage, but maybe that's just me. Rooms were actually very nice and the lobby was also okay. Bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a um.. skid mark on the bottom underneath my toilet? The place looked clean but that made me feel.. dirty. Probably wouldn't stay here for any longer than one night, but $100 incidental for that was kinda bogus.

The whole hotel could use a face life. Hasnt been touched up in decades. The walls were dirty, water stains, water bubbles behind the paint. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. Some buttons were missing in the elevator. Coffee machine was limited on the hours of operations.

Not good, very smelly and not in great shape

This hotel was just okay. And i feel like that is a generous statement. Room was pretty clean but bathroom had mold in it. Bathroom had a very low drop style ceiling. I am 5'6" and my head was pretty close to the ceiling. If someone taller used that bathroom they would've hit their head. The hallway stank badly even with the plug in air freshener right outside our door. Our room smelled too but wasnt as bad as the hall. We sprayed perfume and it covered the smell mostly. Our room walls and windows must be very thin because we could hear every conversation of those in the room beside us and the traffic ohtaide our 5th floor window was very loud at times. Outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Outlets in the room walls had very little power and took forever to charge our phones and would not heat our hair straightener. Staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Parking was in garage under hotel and it smelled bad and had a lot of litter. Parking to the lower level was taped off and unusable but there seemed to be enough parking for those staying. Garage exited to a parking lot behind the building and back onto the street but there were a lot of people loitering out there at times that made my daughter and i uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and i would not stay at it again. We did not try their free breakfast. Pool was closed due to the season but looked bad enough that i would not have used it if it were open. Carpet in our room had burn marks in it.

Good value for money

Very welcoming staff of all I interacted with at least Place is probably not in the best shape it has ever been. There was a smell in the room, which really was the only reason I had to have the AC running to some extent The breakfast included is great for the price of the outskirts of downtown Cincinnati. While I can understand that some might feel like it is a sketchy area (Probably mostly because it is pretty empty around) I really didn't feel it that way. The walk from Great American Ballpark to the Hotel overall felt as safe as you can expect in a big city Overall it felt like good value for money
