Only thing that i didn't like was the fact that we had to wait around 20min till the person at the front desk to come back to open the gate to the underground parking. Other than that everything about the place was amazing

The description said that it’s a 2 bedroom apartment but in fact it’s one bedroom and the den was made into a bedroom by putting curtains around it. They should put this into the description so it’s not misleading for larger families.

Once in, Very Good!
The pages and pages of instructions we received ahead of time kind of intimidates us. Also, the "Mandatory Fees" were a surprise that raised this accommodation out of competition with other service providers but we were too far along to change our mind. Check-in was rough and involved three tips up to the 33rd floor before we got inside. The apartment looked fine though the bed was roughly made. But over all it was a good stay; within 30 minute walk of every place we wanted to access, parking fee was reasonable by Toronto standards, check out was easy and the refund was promptly remitted after our stay. Thanks for the stay.

This was our first time ever not staying in a hotel. We will definitely do it again. Apartment was in a great location. We were able to walk to Scotiabank Arena for a concert and we were only 2 blocks from Union Station. Check-in was easy and the parking worked great. Only draw back was traffic noise at night, but after the first night we got used to it. We were very happy with the quick responses to questions we had.

Great location with wonderful view!
Great location if travelling by train and close to downtown. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a number of amenities provided. The view was fantastic! Couldn’t figure out the heating system so had to open the balcony door to cool the place down. Would stay again.

Big Disappointment
We had no heat or AC We were on the 33rd floor and it was hot. Having one asthmatic person and one with a heart condition we were quite concerned. We text Simply Comfort and they actually lied to us about the AC problem and told us to open the one small window which is located in one of the bedrooms. The construction beneath our window was loud all night! It was two nights with no sleep while a jack hammer was pounding the earth. Our couch was hard as a rock and we had curtains for privacy doors. Not a fan of 18 Yonge which is located next to a homeless camp and the commuter trains. This was not an ideal location to walk and explore the city. They knew that there was no heat or air in the unit before we arrived and never informed us until we complained. That is unacceptable.
