Water slide was open very limited hours and my son picked this property for the slides. Meals are ok but no english titles for the food - we pate a lot of chicken. Lines were very long. They would only give us 1 key to the hotel. Property was okay but wouldn't stay there again.

My experience

The rom wasn’t clean the first day, cleaning group was rude and don’t respect us, I lost my own things in the hotel and told them but nobody helped me. The food was nice but the coup for tee and drinks was very dirty. The show was very beautiful every night.

We spent a calm vacation, the place is clean and security everywhere and that’s good However, several points that are worth mentioning as it made our vacation way too below the expectations. First there are no kids playground not even a slide, as for the kids entertainment section it has nothing inside maybe just paint no activities or toys and if you want your kid to paint you have to pay extras everything is extra charge only a swimming pool with linited slides. Second the food is not so appealing same dishes unlike the other resorts that we have stayed at plus the food is not that of good taste or quality. Third the stuff is rude, as per our previous stays at other places staff always welcome you and smile, at this place whenever i order something they start mocking in turkish between them or be so rude Forth the room is too small for 4 people and the extra bed they gave for my kid was just a trash as the iron base was out of everywhere and non of us could even sit on it Compared to the facilities listed on there page, i found that it wasn’t true at least for my kids they got bored and didn’t enjoyed even there were basically only dj at night not daily theater schedule

Nice hotel, very close to The land of Lagends, very friendly staff with ALL INCLUSIVE DINING. Only One problem.... the house keeping staff always forget thing when making up the room!!! Towles Duvet cover Pillow cases Blankets... Every time they must leave one or two things undone.

Tres bel hotel , propre . Tres bon accueil à la réception par melissa (seul membre du personnel Francophone) et accueil dans la chambre avec une attention particulière, bouteilles et douceurs ... Belle piscine (un peu fraiche en octobre), petit bemol pour la disposition des transates qui sont proches les uns les autres . Restauration tres bonne et variee . Ultra all in tres pratique pour les exursions tardives . Cependant ,pour les couples qui veulent etre un peu tranquille sans enfants , je conseille de vefifier les vacances scolaires des autres pays type Hongrie ,Angleterre...

Als Familie haben wir uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wurden regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, es gab eine gute Auswahl und man konnte flexibel zu den Mahlzeiten gehen, was sehr angenehm war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich willkommen und gut betreut. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, ist die Lage ideal. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um alles gut erreichen zu können. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons séjourné 10jours dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. La piscine est parfaite, très grande, chacun y trouve sa place . Il y a pleins de services pour être à l’aise. Tout est inclus y compris l’accès au spa (sauna, bain turc. Bain vapeur, fitness…)

Ich war mit dem Hotel äußerst zufrieden. Das Personal präsentierte sich sehr sauber und zuvorkommend.Besonders angenehm war, dass alle 20 Minuten ein Bus zum Strand verkehrt. Auch der schnelle und zuverlässige Flughafentransfer ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Über die Willkommensgeschenke und die freundliche Aufmerksamkeit am Tag unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Das Queens Palace Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Essen – immer frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Gästebetreuungsteam. Aydın Bey und sein Team sind immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich um alle Wünsche der Gäste. Dank ihnen war unser Urlaub perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The hotel, including the room, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of the food was ok, but the quality could be better. The pool area is usually very crowded and it is hard to find available sunbeds, so you need to get up eary and reserve some for the day before the breakfast. There are some safety issues with the slides at the pool area, especially kids don't follow the rules and cause safety hazard.

l'hotel est très beau et moderne, les chambres sont confortables et dotées d'un balcon sécurisé très agréable. Les repas étaient variés et très bon. On a particulièrement aimé le café-patisserie, l'accès libre au Spa (hammam, bain turc, sauna, salle de sel) et la piscine intérieure. Le personnel etait très compétent et attentif à nos besoins. Petites remarques : attention aux sols glissants aux alentours de la piscine, bien que le personnel s'occupe de nettoyer regulièrement ça reste dangereux pour les enfants. Et je regrette l'odeur de fumée qui envahit la piscine intérieure car un fumoir se trouve juste en face de la porte d'entrée; peut-être pourrait-on déplacer ce fumoir à peu plus loin vers la droite, entre la table de Ping-Pong et la grande piscine? En tous cas ce fut un super séjour pour ma famille, merci, nous reviendront certainement!

We enjoyed our stay here, however found that there was some extra charges especially in the kids play section where kids would see the items and want it. The hotel worked in euro mostly, even when asked to change the charges from euro to lira it was ignored. Otherwise we had a good time.
