The smell of smoke in the lobby was terrible. I was extremely inconvenienced because there was no tap to pay. I got up to the room and I could barely open the door. The room was a dump with stains on the sheets and dirt on the floor. The room reeked of smoke. I immediately went back down to the lobby and asked for a refund. She would not approve it. I then left and had to go find another hotel. It was a horrible experience. Terrible location, terrible hotel, terrible experience. I’ll never use hotels.com again, and I’ll never stay at a quality inn or choice hotels property again. Hilton has my business from this moment forward.
