If U need a convenience and affordable choice to stay at Geneva, then it is fine. We checked in the evening, and while the front deck staff told us we could get help from them 24 hours, it wasn’t quite the case. There were a few things we weren’t too happy with.
(1) The room card didn’t work, ‘cos they charge us less then they should. When I went to the front desk, the staff immediately said with a smile “ Yes, I know why because I charge you less
(2) no air-con and the room was quite stuffy( though they explained why and helped to open the window, as it faced the highway, so not too perfect
(2) the kettle was not working. They told us they could only replace it the next morning as the housekeeping was closed and told us to drink tap water
(3) no clear instruction as how to call front desk, so we need to run down to front desk every time we encounter a problem. So we ran down 3x in a night like a crazy chicken before settling down
May be we do not know French and thus there was some misunderstanding, but a hotel is for international guests, so we hope the hotel could be more thoughtful and helpful.
One thing I would give a thumb up is the day time drivers are very friendly and helpful
