First off this hotel tells people when you have there that you can pay $100 deposit or give them a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to get a room key which is a joke to me and so you have to pay this in cash and they will not allow you to pay this with a card the Africans at the front desk are very rude and nasty they're very rough around the edges there are people in the lobby sleeping dudes are walking around the building there are people having sex in the stairway this hotel is crazy they honestly need to shut this hotel down it's like going to the projects and seeing things you're not supposed to see weed smoke blunt nuts couples arguing and fighting in the next room and nobody calling the police bathrooms are nasty very nasty the side of my toilet look like nobody have never cleaned it never I didn't barely want to use it because the toilet bowl was very nasty on the outside of the toilet yeah the inside might have been clean but the outside on the floor behind the toilet smells like piss you have guys trying to get in rooms that are not there some many people are l lodging around this place who are

Honestly. I was a little scared at first, but i also dont judge people based off of looks. Yeah it was a lil run down and yes it was a lil scetchy, BUT we stayed. Beds were cleaned no crazy bed bugs or stains. It was a place to stay and i am very thankful. The one female worker!! Appreciate you and all you do! Some of yall folks need to realize we are ALL HUMAN!!

The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. Plus all I could hear was kids yelling and playing in the hall. The people next to me had children and they were moking the whining child very loudly. I thought I would go downstairs and take the stairs not elevator. When I pushed on the breaker bar door handle my finger came in contact with some sort of black caulk. I went back to my room and cleaned my hand off of caulk. Grabbed my bags took elevator downstairs and checked out. I told the front desk that the room had no trash cans and it was loud with children next door. I did not feel I was going to be able to have a relaxing stay or feel clean in this place. They charged $100 fee when I checked in for any incidentals. I did receive that back on Monday morning.

I will be asking for my money back. The door wouldnt close, huge security risk, the bed looked like it was just slept in and t.v. was on, dirt in tub/shower. We checked in and immediately checked out. I could share much more, but I'm lucky enough to know the right people, and will be reporting it to their.

This hotel was sketch af. The door was broken, bathroom was dirty including a used washcloth, comforter smelled like a man, the water didn’t get hot. The service at the front desk and the drunk men outside were the only nice thing about this hotel.

The deal breaker for me was the cold water running in the shower, it never got hot a day while we were there. We had to wash up with cold water :-( Our room did not have a small refrigerator or a microwave that caused us to spend more money on food, and walk to the lobby to use their microwave to heat things up. Some days front desk were helpful and some days they were rude.

Such a terrible experience. Highly do not recommend. Please save your time and money. I am not going to write every detail to our stay. This review would be too long. But long story short....Dirty rooms, No hot water, No microwave, Phone or alarm clock. Interior is an eyesore and unsafe. Elevators don't work. 2 hours and the fire department later of being stuck in one we found that out. This place is a waste of time and money. If I could give it a lower rating, I would. This place should be condemned and shut down.
