Very good and convenient to metro station.

Paid 160 for a suite and git a 80 dollar room cause the suite was occupied and never received the difference back after selling me an occupied room

A really good stay, very comfortable.

The check in took 55 minutes, while my $48.56 worth of food got cold. Staff was unable to find my reservation even after i showed them mine from my phone. I should have been given a room till they figured out the problem. I will not be staying at this property again. I do travel to Arlington several times a year.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip during the Covid 19 pandemic. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Not only could I see the the stains on all the furniture and trash from the previous person who had the room. But the sheets were clearly unchanged. The bathroom was disgusting. I asked the front desk if i could get new sheets, and they informed me that there was NO HOUSEKEEPING ON STAFF AT ALL. The front desk gave me fresh sheets (to put on myself) and I used MY OWN cleaning supplies to sanitize the bathroom. Especially the toilet and shower floor. Leavinf the rag black after I was finished. The temperature in the room was impossible to moderate. It was a humid 75° the 2 days I was there. And since the comforters are super sythetic, it left us very uncomfortable. I realize we are going through a pandemic. However, if it was mentioned somewhere that no one was even cleaning the bathrooms, there is NO WAY I would had stayed for one day let alone two. This should have been stated somewhere on the app. And the Hyatt themselves didnt seem to announce it anywhere either. I intend on looking for some kind of refund or credit. This was outrageous. I could have paid $50 and gotten the same sanitary equivalent. Or as stated in the headline: like a reused overseas hostile.

Was good. Was wishing the fan in our bathroom could be controlled by a switch. Wished too that there was a sink outside the bathroom. But the room was clean and had well working AC and heat. The cleaning staff kept the room very clean and replaced everything. Waters! Yay!

Great hotel. To bad they failed to mention before I booked that they are renovating the parking garage and the noise makes it impossible to stay in your room for 8 hours every day.

Amazing. Great location. Room beautiful roomy clean and comfortable. Staff excellent friendly and funny and accommodating and took time to talk to us about the city

Don’t be fooled with the photos they published, it is not as expected. The room is dirty and hair everywhere, I got allergic with the bed and wasn’t comfortable at all.
