The price and quality are seriously unbalanced. The room is crowded and the air circulation is poor. It feels suffocating. If you turn on the ventilation system, the sound is so loud that you can't stand it. I will never patronize again.

Everything else is fine expect the laundry services. They forgot to bring back to me on time and on the date of checkout I was told it will be ready at 11am so I waited for half an hour but the 11:10 staff came to me and said they have no idea where my clothes is. They made me file a online form but no further update. Horrible services. They lost my clothes.

Excellent stay!
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Both the cafe and the restaurant offered delicious food with plenty of options. The room was spotless and refreshed daily. While the rooms show a bit of age, the outstanding service, prime location, and wonderful view more than make up for it.

Hyatt needs to value their human staff and dump AI
The staff we stellar. Hyatt's AI driven phone system is awful. Absolutely awful. You would do better connecting potential guests to a front desk with a live person. If it weren't for your live staff, I would have given a much lower review. The phone had no dial tone. No instructions on how to use it. So, I couldn't contact the front desk or order room service. I couldn't download the app because my Hotels.com confirmation # was not the same as the Hyatt's confirmation number, needed to use the Hyatt App. So I had to go down to the front desk to talk to a human being.
Lovely hotel in quiet neighborhood of Cambridge. The staff were wonderful and so very helpful. The $10/day credit at the Paperback is a nice perk, and the Cambridge shuttle was great for getting to/from Harvard. My room was huge, and the bed was super comfy. Will definitely return when I'm next in the area.
