Wonderful Service, Excellent Location

The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona. We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. They were always eager to help us with little things such as booking a ticket to museums that made our trip so much smoother. The location is in the heart of Barcelona, with the metro that connects us easily to anywhere in the city. Many great restaurants nearby the hotel with less than 10 minutes' walking distance.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight from the United States. The staff stored my luggage and worked to get my room ready earlier than the scheduled check in time. The staff went out of their way to provide useful information regarding restaurants and other sights in the area. The rooftop terrace had a spectacular view and complimentary wine and cheese was served form 7:00 to 8:00 pm each evening. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day during my stay.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower pressure was great! It was right off of the main road, centrally located but still boutique in style. Staff and service was wonderful! We were gifted a complimentary wine bottle for our anniversary. Would stay here again anytime!

Wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location and an easy walk to the sights of Barcelona. Boutique feel and quirky hotel layout make it feel cozy. Breakfast is great with good variety of food. Rooms could be a little cleaner but the beds are very comfortable.

We loved our hotel stay! The room was a little small but felt luxurious! Loved all the little amenities, with catchy phrases. Really enjoyed the rooftop happy hour each evening, and felt very special to receive a bottle of wine with a hand-written personal note. The location was perfect too, walking distance to most all the things we wanted to see, and loads of shops and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was all the construction on the Ramblas, but that is not in the hotels control, and the sound was completely blocked out by the excellent insulation. If I ever make it back to Barcelona, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This was perfect for our quick stay. This hotel is right on the main shopping street and is so conveniently located near a taxi stand. The staff was so kind and helpful, and our room was absolutely amazing. The rooftop is so beautiful and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

WONDERFUL

Great location right on Las Ramblas steps from Placa de Catalunya and the Metro. Staff was warm and helpful, complimentary wine o'clock on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful sunset view was a lovely option, the breakfast was varied - and delicious. Really, it was a wonderful place for all our Barcelona adventures. Highly recommend.

The hotel is small, nice and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. They helped us numerous times with planning our way around Barcelona.
