I would say this hotel is average, but costly. I was excited to take my daughter to the pool, but the deck was extremely slippery and all of the surfaces were dangerous for children. Tile corners on stairs, or rock embedded into concrete. Even walking carefully by the pool I almost feel a few times.
I’m not sure if they sort the guests by if they have kids or not, but it seemed like all of the guests with kids were on my floor which is fine except parents did not watch them and they ran the halls slamming doors and being kids. Not normally a huge inconvenience but with a toddler napping it was an issue for us.
There was a pile of dishes at the elevator when I checked Friday night in obviously for room service to remove that was not removed until sometime after I went to bed Saturday evening 8pm ish. The house keepers were around in the hallway not sure why the pile just sat there for so long, but I had to keep my toddler from grabbing the dirty fork off the plate each time we walked by.
My room was clean and as expected. The food in the hotel was fine. The front desk staff was lovely. I like that they served Starbucks in the cafe. Overall, I would try somewhere else next time and just drive to a community pool that felt cleaner/safer.
