It was a disaster. In my first message I asked the hotel to reserve a room with 2 separate beds on the ground floor or 1st floor (because of my walking disability).
When we arrived at the hotel, the key to room number 10 was waiting in the box. We found the room on the 2nd floor, which was also the attic.
Wednesday was a very hot day and we found a fan in the room, but no air conditioning. It felt like 35 degrees Celsius. The skylights were closed because the sun was shining so strongly.
I called the manager to ask him to assign us another room. He said that the hotel was fully booked, but that there was a romantic room in the basement. Not knowing anything, we accepted the offer.
