My mother, daughter and I stayed here 5/16/25-5/18/25. Leaving straight from work and driving from Boca Raton, Florida to the hotel, all I wanted to do was to put my salad and my mom’s eye drops in the fridge (none was there) shower and get some rest after a long day and looking forward to my son’s graduation from Georgia Southern. A reservation was made for 3, only 2 towels and rags was there. The shower curtain was dirty, tub had residue from water poorly going down.
Cobwebs hanging on the walls behind the front door, in bathroom-over the sink and tub areas.
My daughter accidentally left a ziplock bag with few clothing in the bathroom and when I inquired about it, they told me they don’t have a lost and found so if it was left there, it was thrown away.
Customer Service here is very poor wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
Ps..Generally place insurance on my flight and hotel stays and never uses the insurance. This time I decided not to purchase insurance on my hotel stay and Ohh did I made the wrong choice…As if I did I would have left there the very minute I stepped in the room.
I guess this is what they called “You live and you learn” cause honestly I sure did.
