Appartement confortable dans un quartier vivant, avec un gérant qui a le souci de bien faire. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet la visite de tous les lieux riches en histoire grâce aux multiples moyens de transport. Quartier ami des animaux, notamment des chats.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. A truly recommendable place!

War jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft und würde es wieder buchen. Sehr Zentrale Lage in Besiktas.

The location is good for the ferry and the bus but not for subway travel. If you want to stay in Istanbul, being close to subway is really important because we kept getting stuck in traffic. The place could be much cleaner, sinks and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. They advertise that it has a kitchen but we didn’t use the rusty&broken stove top because it looked like a fire hazard. They only had one scratched teflon pot anyway that we again didn’t feel comfortable using. We didn’t have iron, vacuum or more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in our room even though we book for a whole week. Maybe they could be provided if asked but it’s not convenient and for the price they’re asking, it should be available in the room (which is basically a 1 bedroom flat). They didn’t have a sponge for the dishes, shower gel, toothpaste etc. The toilet seat is way smaller than the toilet, which forces you to sit on the bowl. Small things that would make the stay much better were missing or not fixed. And the pictured room was different than the one we had, it was a bit disappointing. Why not just update the pics? Good thing is they had hot water and a mini fridge (it was covered in ice, which should be cleaned). There were some cutlery and a dirty salt shaker. It was an okay room that is priced unreasonably high.

Great location, great stay

We stayed at Linden Houses in August 2022 and really enjoyed our time there. First and foremost, the location of the apartment is amazing, it is in the center of Besiktas and considering the crazy Istanbul traffic it’s one of the best places to be. With a quick 3-4 min walk we were able to catch a cab, bus, or a ferry. The AC made a great difference in our stay, Istanbul gets super hot and humid during the summer and without the AC our trip would be horrible. The apartment was really clean and they provided cleaning and laundry services during our stay. Overall Linden Houses was everything what we wanted and more.

Temiz, rahat ve çok güzel bir konumda.

Konum olarak muazzam bir konumda. Beşiktaş çarşıya yürüyerek 1 dakika, merkeze bu kadar yakın olmasına rağmen oldukça sessiz, rahatlıkla uyuduk. Oda modern ve raht yapılmış eksik yada fazla hiçbirşey yok herşey olması gerektiği gibi. Araçla gelecekseniz konuma 400-500 metre kaldığı vakit boş bir yer bakmaya başlamanızı tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğimiz kaliteli bir yerdi.

surrounded with bars

I stayed in Linden for 7 nights with my family. Since it was my first time being in Istanbul I did not have enough information about locations. Linden's location was surrounded with plenty of bars and it was very crowded specially at late nights. so, it depends to your taste to stay in crowded places or not. this apartment has very small kitchen and few dishes ... it does not have elevator ... it has air-conditioner which is a must for summer days in Istanbul. Regarding the cleanness, I cant say it was sparkling cleanness but it was just OK. along our 7 night stay we received only one time cleaning service. everything was just average. Not bad and Not very good just acceptable for short accommodation.
