Awesome trip.
This religious trip to Madinah become awesome. The lady staff on the hotel very polite and helpful, she explained how to get the miqat and the train to Mecca clearly. She is nice Saudi's local staff. The location of the hotel exactly beside the mosque, so only 5 minutes' walk. The breakfast also very good, my family love it.

Very disappointed staying
We’re recommended this hotel because it’s very close to The Holy Masjid Al-Haram and view from the hotel to Rawda, but we’re was disappointed about the hotel. The women receptionist are so rude and arrogant, acting like they doesn’t care about the guests. No welcome, informative about the hotel and ask for payment even we already showed the receipt. We didn’t have any cleaning and after 3 days, we’re calling the reception for clean towels and toilet paper. After waiting for 3 hours nothing happened so we have to walking too the reception and ask for help. The beds are hard and not comfortable as you expected for a 5 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast menu. Fresh juice and good buffet. Nice and smiling staff too check in for morning restaurant. This hotel need some shine up for this place.

I booked the hotel for my stay from Expedia in early April 2024 for stay from 29 July till 04 August with everything paid. When I arrived at the hotel they said booking is cancelled couple days back prior to my arrival reason unknown. The management was totally uncoaparative and gave me really hard time. I was travelling with family of 6 people and waited in the lounge for 5 hours and Expedia on the other side was not responding to my calls and I have to pay and book other property New Madina Hotel. I demand compensation from Expedia and the property. They should not only refund my money which I paid but also should compansate for the money I paid to book new property at higher price and for all the trouble I have been through.

Excellent hotel and services
I have previously stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and had a great time. This time it didn’t disappoint at all. Very friendly staff at the desk who are ready to help. They were very welcoming in. Our room had a partial view of the haram and we could see the sunset and sunrise over the Haram. SubhanaAllah was very beautiful. The location is great for men. 2-3 mins you’ll be at the mosque from the doorstep. For women to get to gates 28-30 it’ll take a little longer, approximately 5-10 mins depending on your speed of walking. I normally got there in 5 mins. The food served in the restaurant was very nice. We had both iftar and free suhoor there. Lots of variety and the staff were really really nice. Thank you for taking care of my father when he needed help with getting food/tea/drinks etc. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were friendly. They work really hard and accommodated everything we needed. Thank you. The laundry service was very efficient. Clothes delivered the next day. Slightly expensive but I needed it. Minor negative points: - took a long time for the calls to reception to be answered. Would be handy if there was a separate number for the bell boy/concierge - a rack under the sink in the bathroom would be useful as there’s nowhere to put your clothes and get changed in the bathroom. Especially when sharing rooms with your family. So a simple rack would be useful. Thank you for being great. Will highly recommend and stay here again InshaAllah

Voor een kort verblijf goed te doen.
Het hotel zat op een goede locatie. En het buffet was meer dan goed. Helaas was het opruimen en schoonmaken van de kamer een issue. We moesten meerdere keren contact zoeken met receptie die het last minute (soms in de avond laat) nog even aan moesten sturen om schoon te maken.
