The apartment itself was nice and had everything we needed, but it took 1.5 hrs to figure out the parking, so we missed most of the show we came to see. Calling the number was absolutely useless. We couldn’t get into the parking garage, we couldn’t figure out where to park, we couldn’t get up to our floor (47) via the elevator…. Nothing was working and the woman answering the number couldn’t/wouldn’t give us any assistance whatsoever, she just kept saying to text in WhatsApp, but our msg were never answered there either. We ended up driving and walking around the area trying to find residents that could answer our questions. It was extremely frustrating.
