I stayed here for 3 nights. Good location,shops nearby. I would have preferred to have a net curtain being on the ground floor because my room was facing a main road and didn't have much privacy unless I closed the curtains. But I would stay here again.

A down market motel. The room was small but the bed comfortable. Parking may be charged although they gave it me free. Reception was fine and the staff efficient. Ok for a night stop over but no more.

We booked deluxe double which def want deluxe. The room smelt awful due to two different smelling air fresheners trying to hide the musty smell. The furniture was wobbly and the room was grubby and needed a good clean.

This place isn’t 5 star but it’s affordable it’s in a great location iv stayed here a few times the staff are friendly rooms basic but nice clean and fresh shower is hot and powerful I would choose this hotel over any travel lodge premiere inn and I will definitely be back soon

Had to wait 15 mins to check in . When arrived the poor man was covered in Sweat . He had been cleaning rooms . Hes no staff . Rooms need abit of TLC . Had a kettle in the room , where was the plug socket ??? T.v Remote didnt work and the channels were Shopping Channels . This place needs to be run better .

I know this was a cheap break away but I wish we’d not bothered. There is no real security at the hotel. Just an old fashioned Yale lock on the bedroom door. Anyone can access the inside of the hotel during the day. Our bathroom light buzzed on and off all night even though it wasn’t switched on. The room was very small with furniture that looked like a misc job lot from a warehouse. The hotel needs a complete refurb. However the TV worked and there’s a couple of takeaways near by. Parking was good.

All was great for the price and the staff were really friendly. The staff warned us about the lift that was not working and even came to see if the room was ok which it was. The highlight was the walk along the river into the city and the breakfast from the place round the corner. We will stay again if in town.
