This is a most excellent hotel. It has a delightful restaurant as part of it. The food is delicious! The staff are very helpful especially if the neighborhood is unknown to you. I would stay there again!

We were only there for a quick layover. We checked in late in the evening and the staff was still available and very helpful. Our room and public areas of the hotel were all in great shape. Parking is free between 6-6 then it charges per hour which you can pay thru a QR code or machine. Front Desk ends about 10pm. It is convenient location. Abouy 15 mins. away from Heathrow Airport.

Nice clean rooms, courteous staff. In a great area, with a walkable street near the 2 rivers. Lots of nice restaurants. Parking cost 12 pounds, but no in and out. But lots to do without leaving. Like the late checkout at noon. Would stay at premier inns again

This hotel has no parking and borrows spaces from someone else. There are also way too few spaces for the number of guests and the nearest alternative car park was a ten minute walk for an able bodied guest but a 20 minute walk for a handicapped guest like myself. There is nowhere to drop off luggage either so you have to drag your suitcases along a cobbled high street. I had confirmed by phone prior to booking that they had accessible car park spaces which turned out to be a lie. No help was offered to rebook to another premier inn and we were told we would have to pay for a whole new booking in addition and hope to be granted a refund by dispensation. In addition the handicapped room was at the end of the corridor not the beginning adding to the inconvenience. Do not book this hotel, it is not set up for guests who have special needs, luggage or cars. An abysmal performance all round. I have been to many premier inns before but this one is absolutely unacceptable; find accommodation elsewhere!
