This is a most excellent hotel. It has a delightful restaurant as part of it. The food is delicious! The staff are very helpful especially if the neighborhood is unknown to you. I would stay there again!

We were only there for a quick layover. We checked in late in the evening and the staff was still available and very helpful. Our room and public areas of the hotel were all in great shape. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had no major issues with my stay. However, I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned even though I had placed the housekeeping request tag on the doorknob. I was later told that guests are required to contact the front desk directly if they want their room cleaned. If that is the hotel’s policy, it should be clearly explained at check-in or stated somewhere in the room. Otherwise, it is difficult to understand what the housekeeping request tag on the doorknob is actually for. Naturally, guests would assume that displaying the tag is sufficient to request room cleaning.
