Stayed 4 nights, no electricity at 1 night, no aircon no water for bath, no solution, finally resumed electricity and water at about 1am, other 3 nights had sudden cut (temp for a while) of aircon, waked up due to feeling hot, needed to restarted aircon manually.
Floors were wet with no solution, asked us to keep aircon 20 degree but actually still wet.
Sliding door for toilet area was out of order, could not close tightly, very inconvenient for privacy.
Changed room after first night but same poor condition, no dif. in second room.
Operator called rudely and said to leave room immediately due to 100% full booking, that was about 11am and first call of confirmation for change of room, we requested 30 mins for packing up but still impolite response by operator.
No pick up of phone by operator at night.
Asked golf car for checkout (normal hotel arrangement) but no action after operator confirmed on phone, needed to walk to hotel reception and made face to face request then could arrange.
We had considered to change hotel but believed no refund to be so finally completed stay there.
We normally travel 3-4 times a year. That's a nightmare experience!
