The room got cold, I turned on the heater, it did not work , They sent someone to check it, he was unable to fix it, He called another person and that person wad unable to fix, therefore they provided a blanket. Due to no heat. In the middle of the night I woke freezing, then got a severe leg cramp, started coughing and caught a cold.

I asked fo two double beds and I only got one . The room was very small. It was barely big enough to fit a double bed. With no windows . We checked out. He would not refund our money. Went across to Cesar’s where we had tried originally to stay but there was not a vacancy at that time .

Observación importante, el hotel no ofrece ni botella de agua purificada ni un vaso para algo urgente. UN DÍA NO ME HICIERON ASEO. LA MUCAMA PENSÓ QUE ESTÁBAMOS DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN, ESO ES SU TRABAJO, PUDO HABER TOCADO. LOS RECEPCIONISTAS MALEN CARADOS, FALTA AMABILIDAD, PORQUE NO DAN CONFIANZA A PREGUNTAR ALGO.

This review has nothing to do with the usual things. The hotel is excellent . The only thing I thought about was the window had bars so in case of a fire that could be an issue. Im not sure about the other rooms. Two issues: I paid for 2 days. After a meeting I would only be staying one day. I mentioned this to the receptionist about 1:30 pm of the first day. When I checked out with the night manager. He asked if I wanted to keep the second day "on the books' I told hin NO. I put in a refund request for the second day with Expedia. Today they mentioned the hotel would not issue a refund. Caveat Emptor. 2. The night manager called a cab. And yes he speaks English and formerly lived in the US. He stated the cab would be ten dollars. I mentioned the price to confirm it with the cab driver. No response. When we get to the border he says the trip is FIFTEEN dollars. I had no change so the driver had ask a nearby vendors for change of a ten.Left a sour taste. Be sure to allow a minimum 2 hours to stand in a long line on the street to re enter via Customs

Terrible experiencia, no respetaron mi reservación a pesar de haber llamado para confirmar mi llegada, aun así al insistir me dijeron que si podia llegar y cuando llegue me dijeron que no había cuartos. y solo me recomendaron a uno horrible al que tuve que ir, el personal muy grosero sin ganas de ayudar además a hable a Expedia y lo único que hizo el agente fue llamar al hotel para cancelar mi reserva. mala experiencia con Expedia porque lo que manda como confirmación no es lo mismo que tiene el hotel.
