No one show up for cleaning. If you want towels, you have to call.kitchen with broken cabinets. Windows cover with plastic laminates.from the shower drainage bad smell coming.the balcony is rust and broken dangerous for kids.no security cameras.also they charge me resort fee, cleaning fee. No one cleaning and this is not a resort.not recommended for families specially with kids.too expensive. The internet connection was ok and the air conditioner.Angel was very friendly but he called me a day before leaving the place to see if I needed anything. No garbage bin outside to put the trash.no laundry machine.no hair blower.no time clock. I didn’t take any photos but not the same like the ones they posted, very disappointing…

Very bad behavior about the owner of the place. No soap, just one bag for trash. Last time there, not recommended.

2/10 Poor

We had a horrible experience. We were working in Arecibo till late at night, when we went to the propert after midnight, the apartment was with trash cans full to the top, beds were not made, somebody had slept on both beds. Floor was dirty. Somebody had used the apartment and no cleaning was done. I have pictures. We texted the contact. We wrote through the platform, yet no answer to these day. We had to sleep on top of our beach towels since we had nothing else. It is a shame.

Sadly Disappointing
My honest review is that I was very disappointed with this property although I was prepared that the property would look differently from the photos. But it looked so different that I almost couldn’t recognize it when I first arrived. Master Key was really hard to open because it was old. The front door to our room was partially broken. Hot water (warm water) didn’t work so I took cold shower for two nights. Microwave was broken and didn’t function. The only good thing is that the room I stayed was spacious. I didn’t feel comfortable because it wasn’t very clean. I wasn’t looking for a fancy place to stay so the location and the room bed were alright, but at least basic things should function for business. It was not worth what I paid for.

The pictures are deceiving. The place is beat up and in disrepair. The property is isolated and not in a great area. It did not feel safe or secure. Not a great option.

6/10 Good

The apartment was ok! The beds were uncomfortable and it was located on a busy street so it was very loud and noisy all throughout the night. It wasn’t the cleanest. I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned before using anything.

2/10 Poor

Rented a room for Valentine’s Day with girlfriend. It was totally unbearable and everything that could be broken was broken. Had to unplug the light to turn it off, very loud and noisy and not anything like the pictures showed. Microwave didn’t work, most channels didn’t work on tv and bathroom was disgusting. Also worst/hardest bed I’ve ever laid on. Spent 10 days in Puerto Rico and had a great experience at every other hotel....

8/10 Very Good

Air conditioning and Internet both worked fine. The over-all condition was "rustic" but adequate.
