Nice room, shower and toilette leaked soaking my luggage outside the bathroom. The tv was not set up at all, the owners passwords were required for everything. The maintenance set up Netflix and that was it, on my second day.
Friendly people, came quickly once I made a complaint but in the end nothing was fixed properly. The leaks were not addressed at all. I fixed the toilet sprayer leak with parts from my SCUBA gear repair kits replacing an o ring that was missing in the handle, I happen to be a plumber but didn’t count on working on vacation. The shower was missing the cartridge in the hand held shower and leaked so bad there was very little pressure. I put it in the holder in a way it made the leak better and pressure was tolerable. Expedia tells me they have no control over this site and would request compensation but said it probably would not get anywhere, now 2 days later I have heard nothing. Expedia seems to have washed there hands of it. Probably won’t book trips through them anymore, seems useless, this is the second time in 2 years this has happened and Expedia did nothing, yet they advertise satisfaction guarantees, …..take notes they don’t cover condos, they sell them, but do nothing when the customer is unsatisfied , ruined the first 3 days of my trip. Not satisfied, nothing done, why pay more?
