First of all, the location is great for this hotel, but the service is really nees to improve.
The room is small but its ok, as we just come back to sleep and shower, but when we wanna go to bed, we discover the bed sheet is seperate by two. And without blanket, just a cover for the bed only. We asked the hotel staff we the bed sheet is seperate by two and the staff just said: whats the problem for this bed.
I have lived in different hotel before, but never tried this kind of bed sheet, and I asked them whether can change it now, they said no other bed sheet already, we have to stat overnight.
They try to compensate for us, they said upgrade us to another hotel room. Tomorrow they upgraded us to standard room, the room is bigger but the air con is out of order, when we complaint with the front desk, she just asked us to wait and it will become cool at night. I was really confused, as I turn on the air con for an hour already, but the whole room is still not cold, I dont think it is work. And I requested to change to another room, they refused us few times, just said if at the night time, the air con is not work, they will fix it, I was wondering how can they arrange people to fix it but why not fix it at day time.
And I inboxes to expeia to complaint the hotel. The hotel front desk staff replied us said they are sorry for this, but they insists they got 8 points above in other hotel booking website. I dont think it is a reasonable reply.
