Mi estancia en Epic Boutique fue divina.
La verdad es que creo que no hay una estancia de Medellín mejor que Epic Boutique para mí: La notable ubicación, el buen gusto de diseño, la comodidad y limpieza... los forman el hotel como una joya y la más brillante parte es todo el grupo empleado, me atendía súper amable y siempre estaba en disposición de ayudar. Estoy muy contenta de encontrar Epic Boutique y quedarme aquí, mi estancia fue divina. ¡GRACIAS!

Très bel hotel, personnel très attentif, très très bruyant avec la musique des bars environnants mais vous êtes au coeur du barrio poplado… l’hotel met à votre disposition des bouchons d’oreilles. PAS de parking malgré ce que dit Hotel.com!!! Mais un parking à 100 m pour 35.000 pesos la nuit

This is a really good hotel! Staff, housekeeping, super clean, great breakfast, room is a very good size, excellent toiletries. The problem here is the music until 4am. My bad luck the building across the street is being torn down work started at 6:30 work the numbers! If you have no problem sleeping with noise stay hear they do have complementary ear plugs.

So when you check in they tell you it will be $100k pesos to bring a guest back. Then the night manager comes in and tells you they meant it was $100usd. That's messed up ... 4x. This is Colombia. Everything is in pesos. I paid the $100k and told them I was going to my room and to call the police if they didn't like it. The police are in on it. They will put you in jail if you don't pay whatever random amount they ask for at night. So you get robbed by the hotel and the police here. Have a good stay!!

Hotel staff and service is great. The location is also great! However, the insulation and window quality is very poor. They are literally located between two nightclubs. They prepare you for noise but not this. The noise that penetrates through the walls is as if you are in the nightclub itself. It's incredibly loud until 4 am. Love the staff but I won't be returning to this location. I moved 4 hotels over (also centrally located) with better quality sound proof rooms.

Hotel was great, clean, great location, close to nightlife. The only downside is the noise from all the clubs next door. Didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would but if noise is an issue for you I wouldn’t consider it. They do have a nice white noise machine & earplugs. Great for young people looking to party.

Servicio de excelencia. Nos esperaron luego de haber tenido un percance con el vuelo. Nos recibieron muy amablemente. Si vas de fiestas es ideal vas a tener ruido de discotecas alrededores hasta las 4 am todos los dias. No obstante el hotel ofrece sonido para disminuir el ruido de afuera y tapones de oidos. Solo recomiendo unas cortinas mas oscuras. Lo demas super bueno, centrico, mucha fiesta, desayuno rico y un excelente servicio. Hotel perfecto para dormir, bañarse y disfrutar de medellin.

Great place to chose
My second time at this hotel perfect location right at the heart of night life, a pit noisy if you are a light sleeper, room was so clean staff were great they tray to do their best to help you especially the guy at night shift sorry I forgot his name, the other guy is David was so helpful as well he is a great guy at the front reception thank you guys for making everything smooth and easy. I’ll be at the same hotel once in Medellin again. One thing missing in the room a small fridge will be appreciated.

READ THIS: If you want to sleep, make sure your room is NOT facing the street. It’s surrounded by 3 clubs and bars which blast music outside, it’s impossible to sleep. Other than that good place if you are looking to party every night and not sleep.

The check in and check out process was super easy. We were greeted by Luis at the lobby and he was beyond kind and helpful. He provided us great lunch recommendations walking distance from the hotel. It was by far the best lunch we had in Medellin - thank you Luis!! The hotel is located in the middle of all the night life. Hence there is loud music playing at night. The hotel goes above and beyond to make this clear to all guest and even provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. We truly enjoyed our stay. The complementary breakfast, super kind and thoughtful staff, and the great view from the rooftop.
