Upon arrival, the staff told me to go to its annex instead which is about 5 minutes drive away. At the annex, I complained that I did not book its annex and the staff asked me to produce the booking document. That's absolutely riduclous ! As proved my booking was not at its annex, the staff turned to say no non-smoking room at its main hotel. When I showed her my booking was non-smoking room, she said there are non-smoking rooms available. The hotel management is not honest and treat us like the fools. Up to here, I requested Hotel.com to look into the matter and give me a prompt reply. Indeed, Hotel.com has to responsible to take up the matter.
