This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! Their female reservation manager insisted that the room is a room-only basis! This is so embarrassing! I showed her my bookig confirmation but she keep on that she did not read my language. I then tranlate the confirmation right before her and her colleague (a male manager) and it shows that my room is a Bed+Breakfast type, she did not apologize or just turn her back to us and disappear 1 minute, withou leaving any word! After 5 minutes, she came out again saying that she insisted the room rate and want me to pay the breakfast and claim back with Expedia/Hotels.com. this is horrible! No matter what, this is the matter between Expedia/Hotels.com with your hotel, how can you ask your customer to handle this for you (especially the confirmation is correct)? When I refuse, it was another male manager to help and saying that they will take care of the misunderstanding between their hotel and expedia/hotels.com. The hotel is really good and high quality but the staff (of course I am saying that reservation manager) is really arrogant and discrimating to other nationals people!
