I've stayed here before and had a great experience but my stay this time left much to be desired. The Apartment WiFi never worked and all attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. I had to rely on the wifi that was available in the lobby (which only worked in one spot of my room), the tv in my room had no signal for the first five days until the receptionist called the cable company to fix it. In the kitchen the cookware was mismatched (none of the lids fit the pots and pans) and there wasn't a proper kitchen knife (keep in mind my last stay was in the exact same room, 208, and none of this was the case in the past). They said if the issues persisted they would move me, but that never happpened.
We went to the restaurant downstairs and was told that free breakfast was foor BlueDoors costumers, not ApartaSuite customers, and the meal was overpriced (and wasn't good).
That said, the staff did a great job with upkeep in the room, every day the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the staff responded to my requests as soon as they could. The hot water in the shower functions properly (which isn't always the case in Colombia in my experince) and Hotel Contintental is conveniently located next to a supermarket and a few restauraunts. Despite the negative feedback I would give this place one more try, but I am hesitant to recommend it to others
