I lose my Havainas in the last morning there, all the shoes can't wear to indoor, only take off on the hall. So I respect rules. But the manager she didn't want to help me and her shouted to me, she said:” It's my problems not her, everybody here, she don't know who's wear and her and she's staff have no eyes to check everywhere.” And I said: “So it's my problems? You say put all the shoes outside and now it was losing, you don't need to have responsibility to help?” She said:”You can go to police officer by yourself, and she doesn't need to go with me, if polices think it's their fault they will come to check!” Everybody knows Thailand's polices process very slowly! She didn’t want to reparation to me, she said just a shoes! But for me, I just bought it 9 days it's a new one. I have no shoes to back Bangkok tomorrow. Whatever, I already wrote the bad review in Tripadvisor! And she knew it, she changed her attitude really quickly.Stole flip flops is not a big problem. I'm not a mean person. Maybe she talked to me politely and deal with this thing kindly, I could understand.I’m just a guest to visit there. Who like to have a dispute? If I didn't fight for my rights, who did? However, this is a great hotel which is clean and comfortable and others people are kind. I'll go to the hotel again. Yet, the manager should change other person or her personality/attitude. Otherwise, a nice hotel due to this manager and then everything mess up!
