Beautiful room and friendly staff
Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. Only thing to be aware of is there will be one or two flights of stairs to your room. Ten out of ten from me!

Good hotel in Patong
This is a good hotel in a quiet street in Patong. This was my second stay here. Rooms are big with all amenteties you need. Jacuzziroom very nice. Lovely staff helping with all you need. They even have a fitness, but in need of an upgrade.

Loved it!
This place is awesome. We loved our experience. Room was huge and filled with art. Had everything we needed! Most importantly the staff was phenomenal. They made us feel like family so quickly. I only have wonderful things to say about them! One note, the bed was on the firmer side as is common in Asia, but that did not affect our enjoyment at all. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything seemed fine with this place for a budget stay but I was a rip off. If you stay here, please do not trust the bartender Cookie. She comes off as friendly but snakes you for money and runs up your tab. It makes sense why their bar never closes. Major no for this place if you have trust issues. But if you stay away from their bar/services, this place has good Wi-Fi. Overall, this place left me with a bad perception of Phuket. Karma works though.

Impecable todas las instalaciones y el personal súper servicial, nos ayudaron en todo con mucha voluntad ya q no hablamos inglés y se hace más difícil la comunicación, hasta llamaron al próximo hotel q teníamos reserva en otra isla para avisar q llegaríamos de noche para que nos esperaran al check in Lo súper recomiendo cerca de los centros comerciales y vida nocturna.

Myself and some friends stayed here while we were in Patong for a week. It's in a great location. Short walk to the beach. The places relatively quiet but the bar downstairs is open pretty much 24/7. The night shift manager "Cookie" kept things interesting and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. From ordering in food to arranging traditional Thai massage, she is a legend.

Emplacement idéal, prix abordable. Niveau propreté, elle laisse à désirer. L'installation de la douche est très ordinaire et n'est pas montré sur les photos, la toilette est constamment mouillée. Lit et oreiller peu confortable. Nous trouvons que la qualification 2 étoiles serait plus à propos. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable
