My family and I (3 adults & one baby) spent 3 nights at Pullman.
We booked one grand deluxe room. It was different from the photos which we checked on the website. To have more space in our room, we removed the folding bed. The slippers seem to be left from previous guests, not the new one.
The power even went out at night. We tried to call the operation to know the reason, but none of staff picked up our call until we called the outside line.
One night, we took golf car back to our room, due to the heavy rain, it was crowded, we were thinking to have my sister & her baby sitting at the front to keep themselves away from rain. But the staff told us the seat is not standard offer, and they loaded luggage to the same seat. But next day I saw them to ask other guest sit at the front. We asked for transportation once from the kid playground to lobby, we waited 20mins but the driver didn’t show up. The funny thing is, we asked for transportation on check-out date, the driver arrived in 5mins after our call.
In overall, as a five star hotel, they have big problem on staff management. We spent more than 9000baht/night, but we got such poor service. Somehow we had feeling that they are categorizing the guests & offer different service. I’m personally traveling for business frequently & staying with Accor’s hotels in different countries, but never earned such bad experience like this time at Phuket.
