The villas is at the bottom of the mountain, so no blockage in front whatsoever, the sea view is breathtaking!. Some of the rooms were too small that can't fit in two opened luggages, some of the rooms were fine. The swimming pool was the most attractive feature in the villas that made the stay much more enjoyable. The manageress at the villa was fine, provided good suggestion for tours. The assistant, Marisia, was a very helpful, passionate, kind, and hard working lady. She gave us huge help at check in. She even helped carrying our luggages to go up and downstairs in the villa. However, the lady, Diana, at the Museum Spa check in office, had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. She neglected the importance of service and hospitality but cared about the payment only. The villas is undoubtedly situated at the signified historical mountainy location, but, the rocky stairs to go down to the villa was an obstacle, not easy at all, especially for ladies, no heels at all! The stairs were too steep and slippery. Had the stairs been paved flatter, the villas would have become more demanding. The luggage man at the villa deserved a huge complaint! on the day of check out, he told us he would only carry big luggages but not any hand luggages! we were shocked to hear the comments! At the end, it's the assistant who helped carrying our hand luggages up to the street! Having said so much, our stay at the villas was enjoyable and absolutely beautiful !
