Rome hotel
Super disappointed since we were not staying in the hotel, initially. We had to walk and stay in a room in an other building. A flat that had been converted to hotel rooms. Then we found bed bugs in the bed. The front desk guy got us an other room. I also chose the pay at the hotel, but the hotel charged me 3 days before arrival for the first night. Now i have to wait 4 to 7 business days before they return the price foe that night...i still had ro pay in full upon check in since they could not just deduct that night. A hot mess! Only good thing...close to the train staion.

利便性は最高
四人一部屋を予約しましたが、ホテル側のトラブルでダブルルーム二つに変更になりました。１階と５階で離れてしまい、しかも１階は狭くシャワーも水漏れしていて排水溝は流れが悪い状態。レストルーム近くで音がうるさかったです。ほぼ５階の部屋で過ごしました。部屋自体は清潔でした。テルミニ駅近くで利便性は良かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。

Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Rome. Le personnel est très accueillant. Merci à Giulio pour l ambiance lors du petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et petit déjeuner délicieux.

Great value hotel, great location - nice staff.
Best location if you choose to be at Roma Termini train station. It is literally accross the street. Arrives late in the evening and it was very easy to walk there, check in and depart by train next day. The hotel receptionist was very nice and kind. It is a good value three stars hotel. I did find it a bit noisy due to guests coming in and out of their rooms - may be a carpet in the hallways would help offsetting some noise. Also doors open and close with a traditional key that clicks and makes noise. Overall I would stay there again due to location and value.

Hotel muito bem localizado
Pontos positivos: localização muito boa, do lado da estação central de Roma. Funcionários prestativos. Quarto grande, limpo e arrumado. Pontos de possível melhoria: a luz no meu quarto acabou três vezes (problema prontamente resolvido pelos funcionários). O quarto era um pouco quente, mesmo para o inverno. Não foi um problema para mim, mas o box poderia ser pequeno para uma pessoa um pouco obesa.

Hotel precisa rever o seu banheiro
Fica na rua da estação Termine a qual possui inúmeros serviços, lojas e restaurantes. O local é muito agradável com acomodação excelente porém com ressalvas. Pontos fortes além da localização são o café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento impecável garçom Giulio! Pontos negativos. O box de banho é minúsculo. Minha esposa tem a opinião de que o quarto é selecionado na entrada de acordo com o porte físico dos hóspedes. Mesmo magro quase que não entra no box. Juro, é desconfortável. Tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo é quase impossível. Perguntamos se tinha box maior e a resposta foi que não. O que não dá pra entender é a desproporção pois o quarto é imenso. O nosso cabia 4 pessoas com uma cama de casal grande e duas de solteiro. Outro ponto negativo é que não tem espelho fora do banheiro o que na prática é ruim também. Hotel também não dispõe de programa de economia de re utilização de toalhas.

It is very hot in the room, we went in Oct 18, 2024. It is no air conditioning. The shower door is very very small. We are small people , but we almost can’t get it to shower. If you are over 160 lbs, i guarantee you can’t get in the shower. Attached is the pictures you can compare the door and a small garbage can size.

The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the proximity to the train station which comes super clutch. The worst hotel I have not only stayed at in Italy but ever. I was up the whole night as the room was boiling hot and when you try and open the window so much construction I did not sleep the whole night. Went to the front desk and they offered to put us in a staff room on the 6th floor which stank of cigarettes. We opted to stay awake in our room. The fan was dusty and extremely loud and the shower was literally a joke. Spend a little extra and stay away from this place.

This hotel is SO convenient if you have to catch an early morning train! The Rome Termini is directly across the street. Our room was amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants in the area that were within walking distance. The only issue we had is that for some strange reason - the heat was on (as opposed to the air conditioning). (It was still in the 70's!) Luckily there was a big window that we could open. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that was usual???
