Great stay before our cruise!
We had a great stay for 2 nights prior to our. Cruise! Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. The bed & pillows left a little to be desired & the loud exhaust from some of the cars at night was a little loud, but nothing to prevent us from staying here again! We enjoyed the bar for lunch & the pool area was very nice! Great stay!

Birthday Trip 5 Days
The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s). The floors could’ve been cleaner and doors needed to be wiped of smudged hand prints. Easy walking access to stores, shops and restaurants up and down the avenue. The beach is across the street from the hotel. You can access the beach next door at sister hotel by elevator and crossing over mezzanine. Easy uber access to and from hotel along with uber eats. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower is also huge.

San Juan stay
We had a nice day at this Hilton garden inn with the exception of being given a room with an adjoining door to the next room. There is not enough sound insulation between these doors. If you have neighbors you will hear them. if they are allowed it will be annoying. Other than that the hotel itself is well situated clean and the staff was pleasant.

Started bad but they made it right
We had bugs in our room and in our bed at the end of a very long day of travel and exploration. The hotel was very quick to respond to our complaint about the insects as they came to escort us to another room but we weren’t allowed to take anything with us as a precautionary measure to have the room checked for insects. Our next room was much better and thank God they weren’t bed bugs. The staff was very kind in assisting us with the room change. Convenient location.

We would definitely stay here again.
The housekeeping was excellent. We had a lagoon view and it was better than I expected. Because the ocean Waters are so rough, a lot of activity happens in the lagoon, even in the evening, and it’s fun to watch from the balcony of your room or from the deck of the swimming pool and restaurant or down below in the large outdoor lawn area that is filled with couches, loungers recliners and cabana type area. The location was quite good. The beach Is less that half a block away and very conveniently located. Old San Juan is very close and walkable, but we took an Uber, which was about six dollars. The night kayak adventure is about three doors down from the hotel, again conveniently located. It is a short walk to more hotels, oceanfront, dining, and large and small eateries. The pool area was fantastic and right next to the bar and restaurant. The restaurant employees would make their rounds, taking orders and delivering drinks. The pool area has in water chase lounges, and other Chase lounges with umbrellas around the pool. They also have outdoor sectional couches that are next to the pool but under a roof if you need to get out of the sun. Theprice was reasonable and we would stay there again.

My stay was good, but every time I called the front desk or housekeeping, no one answered the phone. I also told them that the coffee maker was not working properly; the housekeeper said she would ask them to change it, but no one ever did, so I had to get coffee out in town. Other than that the hotel is great.

Clean and Comfortable

Good experience
The hotel didn't have the room we reserved so we were upgraded to a nice suite with views of both the ocean and the bay. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. We had not complaints at all about the hotel, except that it was located on the busy street. This was usually no problem, but on the weekend nights the roar of the motorbikes and cars racing into the wee hours of the morning was a little disturbing.

Terrible experience
Terrible terrible terrible experience! I booked and prepaid for a room with this hotel from 12/27 to 12/31. My check-in was rudely declined by the staff because they were overbooked, the guest service manager at first declined to offer us any kind of help because I “yelled” at her, I apologized and ask her to help us find a place to stay, she told us she can walk us to doubletree that is 10 minutes away, we accepted but when we got to doubletree, we were told there is No room reserved for us! My family’s vacation was completely ruined by this hotel! The guest service in this hotel was the worst!

Muy lindo hotel con vista espectacular y buena atención. Su personal de vigilancia debería ser más atento pues te ven peleandote para bajar maletas pesadas y no se quitan de la puerta para no bloquear el paso no te ayudan. Bastante payasitos, pero el personal del hotel muy bien y su restaurante para desayunar bastante bueno

it two plus hours for us to get checked, we got there at 3:45 and finally got our room 6pm. i also asked for a iron and ironing board many times. i never got one.
