I booked a room and showed up but nobody was there to let me in. I received an email telling me I’d receive a text with further instructions. I received it at 9:30pm on the night I was supposed to be staying. I had already organised alternative accommodation and when I contacted the owner asking for a refund he blamed me for not contacting him and organising to be let in. Thus far he has refused to give me a refund despite me not actually being able to use the accommodation I paid for. I would not waste your time.
