Solo trip
Hotel was in a great location with easy access to public transport, first night I arrived didnt get a nice welcome from the guy who was at the reception but the other ladies at the desk were smiling and welcoming in the following days. The room was clean and cleaned everyday from what i observe. I was disapppointed that the room did not have a kettle and tea bags, I had to ask to get a kettle the 2nd day and tea bags were only given that day and the following day out of the 6 days i stayed there. No iron was in the room either. I was also very disappointed that there wasn't any full lenght mirror in the room which made it difficult to check my appearance before heading out, so had to rely on my phone camera and the elevator mirror while going out to check my attire for the day. The room was very small overall, l didnt have much space to move between the window and bed or the chair and table to bed. Area was safe and had the sea front to sit and relax and watch the sunset. I would recommend for location and cleanliness.

We stayed here a couple of days before taking a train to Rome. Rooms were clean and we were right across from the port. Everything we needed we could walk to. Chairs was so helpful at the front desk.

Pleasant Stay at Hotel Gran Luca.
This is the second time staying here. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony we could go out on and eat, relax or people watch. Very enjoyable. Chairs was so pleasant and helpful at the front desk. No matter how many times we asked questions or directions, she answered them with a smile. Sending o shot from the front of the hotel at night.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you are catching the ferry. The downside is that there is no parking and you are on your own to drive up and down streets to find a parking spot. If you park beyond 8 am and don't pay you will get a ticket.

Good view, bad food
A clean and spacious room with an amazing view overlooking the harbor. The restaurant looked good, but served very okay food. The breakfast was crazily sugary to the point that I wanted to go get tested for diabetes afterwards. The staff in the restaurant was a bit rude.
