We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine).
We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour.
Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand.
Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon.
Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight.
I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room
