Compare with my first time here, I am a bit disappointed this time.
Service is not as good as last time. No smile at all, but 1 or 2 staff still have warm smile and very helpful especially a guy always drive my parents to their room.
The twin bed room my parents got was good, as it was in new wing. The grand ocean view room we had was in the old wing, which is under the restaurant. It is noise when they move chair upstairs. The airconditioning was not working, very hot to sleep tight at night. Smelly room. We called front desk to change the room at late night and moved to a twin room next to it. The twin room wasn't so good. It seems smaller and the condition is worse. The same thing is, the air conditioner still didn't work.
However, the night duty front desk is very gelpful and considerate. Finally he upgrade our room in the new wing near my parents' one. We really appreciate that.
