The staff are so nice, the room is neat and tidy. We can take toothbrush and comb from the lobby. The size of the room is reasonable. The only thing is the hotel is a bit far from Kyoto station. Overall, it is a nice and good hotel. I would totally recommend it to my friends and choose chisun hotel again!
Far far away from eateries and plcs of interest.. quite a walk from station.. and remote..
Staff does not try to understand the customer.. hotel send email to check in .. but in the end got to rewrite everything again at the front desk.. told him already E check in but insisted us to write again .. double work..
The staff that attended to us is like a robot repeat the same answer over and over, we got to struggle to understand his english.. he could had pointed the answer to us that was on the slip of paper.
Machine payment is either card or cash, cant do partial..
Definately not a premium hotel haha
Staffs are very helpful. We checked in on a rainy day and thankfully they provide umbrella free. Google map always points to the nearest kujo station which is a ten minutes walk but it’s actually a couple minutes more to walk to main Kyoto station with more lines. The public hot bath is also a plus. Overall, very nice choice
