Wonderful stay...
Excellent location, our room has a view of a canal. There are no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage upstairs. Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly with great recommendations to local restaurants.

Hospitality was amazing!
We stayed here for two nights while touring Venice. The guy at the reception desk was so so helpful (unfortunately I forget his name!). He gave us a map and a personalized write up of places to eat, things to do, places to go while there. He was very welcoming the entire stay and made sure to reach out before we checked in to ensure the directions to the hotel were clear. The room was small but we didn’t need much else. There was a bottle of champagne and snacks waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

Fabulous and wonderfully priced!
Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. They helped us with our bags which was a Godsend after a day of traveling and going up and down steps. Beautiful room with an amazing view of the canal. Great restaurant suggestions and helpful with directions. We will be returning to this hotel many times in the future!

Dreamy room on the canal
Just dreamy! Right on the canal with a beautiful room ! I opened the window one morning and someone was singing “Volare!” So awesome! Close to everything. (Stairs up to the room are steep is the only downside) Highly recommend

Lovely Hotel and Stay
We spent a few days in Venice before heading to Rome and could not have chosen a better location to stay. The concierge had a key waiting for us and provided us with a map of the city and recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was the perfect size and was clean and provided amenities necessary to stay for a few days. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. While no restaurant in the hotel, there is no shortage of restaurants in the direct area.

Beautiful hotel.
This is one of the cutest hotels I have stayed at so far. It was in a perfect location and right off the Gondola. The room was Venetian styled and so cute. The only downside was the shower curtain. I would highly encourage them to change the shower curtain as it had a little mold build up from the humidity. Other than that absolutely no complaints!

Tiziano was great to us and did e ehe could to make it a nice stay. When we left, he insisted to carry our suit cases over the canal bridge, and would not accept a tip. We enjoyed getting on the gondola at the entrance to the hotel

Very nice rooms by Venetian standards. Very typical right on the canal and over a fine restaurant With pleasant seating right on the canal. The staff was exceptionally helpful. As you walk out of the hotel to the left, you find the craziness of the Rialto people stream but if you go right you end up in the quiet and interesting caneReggio section of town. The hotel staff provided a host of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. All of them turned out to be very nice. I wish we had more time to do them all!!

Great staff and room. Shower is a little small. If you have large suitcase it is challenging to take upstairs. The stairs are narrow and steep. However, great things mainly staff overrides those challenges.

What a lovely property. We booked this hotel for one of our three nights in Venice and wish we had stayed for all three. Beautiful rooms - great information about the area sites - recommendations on where to eat. We have friends coming to Vince this fall and are sending them here
