Took 20 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk to check me in my reservation is just fine but I need to contact my credit card. He disappeared for another 20 minutes knowing that I was wanting to check in then I get into my room my air conditioner, heat whatever the hell you wanna call it it is not shut off. I literally have a towel in my suitcase in the chair, blocking it because I cannot control it no matter what I want it does not shut off the tub has a bathmat in it. I’ve never been in a hotel that has a bath mat. I’m sorry, but I picked it up off of the tub floor and it was nothing but slime And gross. Nobody has picked up that bath mat and clean that tub and out how long and if they had been cleaning the tub, it did not need a bath mat to begin with. That’s just laziness on the cleaning staff or for the hotel owner himself. I don’t know now I’m trying to make myself a cup of coffee. I have no sticks I have no regular coffee. I have nothing but decaf I have no sugar I have nothing. The room is dirty. I don’t even know if the shoes have been changed and I will not sleep on the bed today I’ll probably sit up sleeping in the chair when I first got here there are people everywhere creepy people hanging out all over the place hanging out outside the front door hanging out in the lobby hanging out in the corner of the hotel on their phones and people of all kinds I’m not just putting out one its people of all kinds. Was on the 8th floor, went in the room and the cable box was broke, it had ink on the wall, the carpet and on the night stand. The next day in the room killed a roach. They moved me in another suite without additional charges. That room was fine but couldn’t sleep in the bed kept itching.

We were only there a couple hours before we left. It was a complete party hotel. Liitle kids were running everywhere and kept prank knocking on our door. I get it and kids will be kids. I went outside to get something out of my truck and some random drunk girl just jumped into my truck. Very bizarre. Once i came back inside i started noticing how intoxicated the people where everywhere. There was a party going on every floor. Once i spent about 20 minutes in the room, i killed a couple small roaches. Once i moved things around in the bathroom, i noticed many roaches. I took a couple roaches i killed down to the front desk and let them know we were leaving immediately due to hygiene and security reasons. The guy at the front desk said we would not be charged. Im hoping to see these charges that are on my credit card now from this place go away. Sad part is, we syayed with this company the night before in Atlanta area and it was good. So sad it was not this time.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and nice clean rooms. One miner issue was pool heater either didn’t work or wasn’t turned on. So grandkids didn’t enjoy swimming. But other than that nice hotel and I’d stay there again.
