Breakfast was good. I would not recommend dinner. Door Dash is the way to go!

All the outlets in the room would not hold a cord they kept falling out. My bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Could not get access to wifi. Wall behind toilet was dirty. Other then that bed was comfy and they did refresh room each day. I didn't like that there was no information in room regarding wifi info, or anything about food and hours besides QR code, but I couldn't get wifi so I couldn't access QR code. The lady at the counter was nice I was original placed on 11th floor but I don't do elevators and she was able to place me on second floor so was happy for that!

Hotel needs more staff
The facility is very nice but the help and staff (other than check in) was dismal. We waited over 40 min in line for the over priced buffet because tables couldn’t get buzzed. The host started handing out to go containers so we could eat in the lobby. The workers that were there tried but the hotel is clearly under staffed significantly. Food, vending, coffee all terribly over priced for mediocre quality. Still, it was much better than surrounding options. We enjoyed the stay overall

Avoid this hotel.
I booked and paid for a suite 3 months in advance, but when I arrived the room they gave me wasn’t the correct one and the suite connector wasn’t available. They blamed the issue on the booking information relayed by hotels.com being incorrect. Ultimately they didn’t have my suite available the first 2 nights and had to issue me a refund. But the refund amount approved by the hotel didn’t reflect the actual difference in cost. The hotel didn’t do anything to make the situation right. They offered breakfast vouchers but said that if I accepted them, I wouldn’t be eligible for the reimbursement for the difference in cost between the suite that I paid for and the regular room that they gave me.
